Masséna is a large urban area on the outskirts of Paris that has been master-planned by the architect Christian de Potzamparc. This project is a new mixed-use building that would fit within the regulations set forth in Potzamparc’s plan. The building rises to nine floors in height and steps back to various other heights based on the master plan. The first two floors would be occupied by retail stores, with the rest of the building devoted to various apartments of different sizes (1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom).
